• HavenStar EPoS Chip and PIN system is fully integrated, bank certified and secure. It also supports Card Holder Not Present transactions for over-the-phone sales and purchases. A Cash Back facility is also available.

• Uniquely, the HavenStar EPoS Chip and PIN system is directly connected over the internet, so no dedicated phone line is required. Further, it supports full voice synthesis as an option to communicate directly with the customer and caters for all activities and exceptions. Quick, simple and fully automated.

• Receipts and other printed material can be sent to multiple receipt printers accessible on your network. HavenStar EPoS supports up to four discrete printers simultaneously. Each printer has a filter that can be set to send only the receipts from Fuel Sales, for example, to another location in the building

• A Tab System is available for those customers who would like to run a tab, either in the bar/restaurant or add parts and labour to a Work Order in the workshop/boat yard

• UK Red Diesel sales are fully supported. HavenStar EPoS provides you with a slick and fast way to process Red Diesel sales at reception or directly on the fuel pontoon. You can either enter the amount sold in litres or, if you prefer, enter the amount of money the customer wants to spend on the fuel itself. Either way, HavenStar EPoS will guide you through the steps to sell the required amount of fuel to the customer and pay the correct amount of Fuel Duty to HM Revenue & Customs. EPoS copes with sales for Live-Aboard, Leisure, Propulsion, Domestic and Commercial by producing a Fuel Duty Declaration from the receipt printer for the customer to sign and you to keep.

• EPoS AutoUpdater software comes built-in to HavenStar EPoS. The till will periodically and automatically connect to our servers to check for the latest release of the software. If one is found it will download, install the update and the start-up itself without the user having to do anything to intervene

• Customer Account Hierarchy support. HavenStar EPoS will direct payments from ‘child accounts’ to ‘master accounts’ automatically. For example, if a boat sales company has many boat accounts under its ownership, payments for the boats it owns are sent directly to the ‘master account’

Our state-of-the-art fan less Terminals come from Jiva and are preloaded with Microsoft Windows. Fully automatic cash drawers from Star Micronics are also supported - these are made from steel and are fully lockable. HavenStar EPoS also supports the Voyager range of barcode scanners.

High quality thermal cutter printers from Star Micronics and EPSON include the ability to incorporate your company logo on receipts and other printed material.

HavenStar’s Swipe Card Programmer option allows you to program user access to the terminal and our design service can colour print personalised cards with your business logo or other designs of your choosing.
