In addition, multi-level management responsibility may be allocated to each job, ensuring that every level of management is always aware of the status of their own job portfolio. The result is a structure that provides visibility into performance against the firm's KPI's at all levels within the firm as well as clear views on the status and profitability of each and every job taken on.
Management enquiries are available into both job and staff performance and management reporting and review is available, both on-demand and by exception, through Star's powerful Reporting Portal. This uses Microsoft's SQL Server Reporting Services to provide key reports to all entitled users, based upon access rights established by the firm. Standard reports may be supplemented by custom reports developed by Star or by the firm, according to the firm's skills and needs.
