Bureau Management
Control:- for those responsible for the timely and professional processing of client payrolls and payment transmissions - irrespective of the number of payrolls or employees being processed.
Reassurance:- for those responsible for the management of the payroll function and for those responsible to clients for the delivery of payroll services.
BMS provides control by allowing firms to create workflow processes for each client which identify;
To simplify the creation of client workflow processes, at system level you can define any number of standard Process Templates that will cater for anything from simple payrolls needing just one or two stages, to more complex payrolls requiring many stages. A template can then applied to a client, with the ability to tailor the template to the specific needs of a client.
These Processes are not limited to the recurring work of processing pay runs, but can also administer the smooth running of year end routines and the processing and submission of P11D’s, for which many payroll departments carry a responsibility.
A key feature of BMS is the ability for managers and authorised staff to view the status of all or selected payrolls, enabling them to easily identify anything that is overdue, what needs to be done today as well as approaching work for the week or month. From the summary information you are able to drill down to individual actions for updating the status of work, approving work of staff and allocating and/or re-allocating payrolls to staff.
Because Payroll tends to be cyclical recurring cycles for subsequent periods are created automatically, meaning no administration time is required for setting up future activities.
The Bureau Management System will provide the tools required to ensure that all client work is undertaken in a timely manner, ensuring all deadlines are met and giving you the reassurance that you are fully in control.
