We have used this package since April 1998 and find it very user friendly with many features included that are absent in more expensive packages. We successfully filed approx. 140 clients’ returns by Internet this year with no problems. Some problems that we had in the previous year were caused by Inland Revenue, not Star.
The support we have had is excellent, and feedback that Star receives from users in respect of enhancements is taken seriously resulting in the package being constantly improved.
