More than ever before accounting firms are looking to streamline their businesses through improved access to documents, ensuring that important emails are managed and reduce the flow of paper and storage costs. But in today's increasingly strict regulatory environment, security and risk management are paramount.
With over 30 years experience in serving the profession we recognise the importance of getting it right. This is why we formed partnerships with INVU and EASY, two market leading Document Storage and Management developers, to provide a range of products that deliver the right solution for the way that you want to work.
Our ICAEW accredited Document Management solutions provide comprehensive functionality that enables you to capture and store all types of documents in fully secure Archives that provide all of the necessary controls and audit trails required for legal admissibility. But Electronic Document Management (EDM) is not just about saving paper and space. The real opportunities come from:
- Enhancing customer service by providing immediate access to all documents from the desktop
- Improving efficiency by automating the flow of documents through the organisation
- Saving time that could be wasted searching for paper files
- Providing peace of mind that emails are managed and traceable
Speed and accuracy of document retrieval is also vital, we have therefore ensured that user interfaces are intuitive and flexible and that the underlying search engines are capable of retrieving from millions of documents within seconds.
We recognise that making the move to EDM can be daunting for many firms and that is why our experience of delivering solutions to firms of all sizes will be invaluable. Our teams of highly experienced specialists will guide you through the implementation to ensure you reap the greatest benefits in the shortest period of time. Clients who have made the transition with us are now enjoying the very real benefits of EDM and their practices are far more efficient and client-focused than would have been possible in a paper based world.
