The Star PM CRM module is designed to assist you in managing client and contact relationships, exploiting new revenue opportunities and running effective marketing initiatives.
With Star PM CRM you will:
- Be able to record notes and future actions against clients and contacts, with automated reminders being sent to the responsible person so that important follow-ups are not overlooked.
- Have immediate visibility of all contact made with your clients, potential clients and professional contacts. Easily identify all key information when speaking with clients.
- Easily be able to generate mailings, using intuitive ‘wizards’ and profiles within your PM database, ensuring faster, more effective communication with your clients and key contacts.
- Be able effectively to manage marketing events and identify follow-up activities and feedback, allowing you to target your efforts and control your marketing costs.
- Be able to track progress of proposals and tenders, giving authorised users full visibility of potential new business opportunities.
- Be able to track referrals, identifying sources of new business and the effectiveness and profitability of networking.
- Deliver key action reminders to staff via Outlook even when they have not logged into Star PM.
