Time & Expense Entry
With Star PM Time & Expense entry, developed using Microsoft Smart Client technology to ensure ease of use and flexibility of deployment, you will:
- Ensure that the maximum amount of time and rechargeable expenses is captured for every job resulting in improved billing and recovery.
- Provide users with intuitive software, enabling rapid deployment and requiring minimal training.
- Provide users with the ability to capture Time & Expenses irrespective of where they are working thus ensuring that WIP is updated as quickly as possible.
- Ensure that time targets can support flexible working, whether this be for part time staff or accounting for time in lieu, meaning better control and streamlined administration.
- Have the ability to record Time & Expenses in multiple currencies, meaning simplified billing and accurate recording of exchange profits and losses.
Billing
With Star PM Billing you will:
- Have complete control over the appearance of the bill, utilising standard paragraphs and having the option to automatically email a PDF of the bill to the client. This will ensure speed of delivery as well as generate time and cost savings.
- Be able to identify billing opportunities easily, enabling you to bill more quickly, reducing lock up and improving cash flow.
- Automatically generate billing budgets for the following year, making fee forecasting a painless exercise.
- Be able to exploit a range of approval processes, ensuring that bills are approved and printed only when your own guidelines have been met.
- Be assured that the most complex requirements, including multi currency and multi entity, can be addressed.
