A powerful central database running on MS SQL Server supports fully integrated WIP and Receivables Ledgers. These are automatically updated with all transactions, with unlimited history providing unrestricted reporting on both current and historic data.
The Web based Time Entry mechanisms are user friendly, enabling staff to enter Time & Expenses quickly and easily, irrespective of where they are located.
The timesheet itself is highly configurable, so that staff with differing data entry needs can all be satisfied with a tool that is appropriate to them. Users without Internet access can also run this off-line, with the ability to synchronise later.
Recognising that the billing process for many firms can be complex we have provided a range of intuitive billing options including Workflow, Draft and Automated Billing. All of these can be subject to an approval process. This enables our clients to ensure that WIP is billed as quickly and easily as possible, with flexible invoice formats and supporting documentation helping to explain and justify the fee.
