TimeSheet Control (TSC) provides a means of ensuring that staff who key in their own time and expenses fully comply with the practice’s own controls and procedures. This covers such areas as submitting the timesheet on time, meeting target hours for the period, controls over rolling forward to the next time period and the calculation of overtime.
TSC monitors the time entered by staff members and compares it with the relevant daily or weekly target. This can be extended to include specific targets relating to chargeable as against non-chargeable time.
This module can be further enhanced by combining it with Email Alerts in order to automate the generation of alerts to inform staff of actions that need to be taken (e.g. late timesheet) or to keep management informed of exceptions (e.g. cross-charging).
