The on-screen look of Star’s Credit Control follows the Sage format which means that your staff will quickly learn how to use the module which will have an immediate impact on your cash collection.
The traditional method of credit control is usually based on a printed Aged Debtors Report with hand written comments and customer promises added. The whole thing is updated periodically with the handwriting laboriously transcribed.
