SAP Business One gives users powerful tools to tailor forms, queries and reports to meet specific business needs. The Training Day is aimed at teaching you how to use these tools as well as showing you some real live customer examples.
Who should attend? Ideally, System Administrators, IT Managers and also anyone who would like to further understand how SAP Business One can be customised to suit their specific business needs.

9.45 am - Introduction to Star and Agenda for the morning
10.00 am - User Defined Fields and User Defined Tables- Extend SAP Business One objects with User Defined Fields (UDF’s)
- Header and Line level
- Group by Category’s
- Define type and structure of UDF’s
- Add User Defined Tables to a Business One database
- Link User Defined Fields with corresponding Tables
10.40 am - Coffee Break
10.55 am – Formatted Searches- Define a list of suggested values for a field
- Suggest field values through a query with runtime parameters
- Define a prompt that proposes values depending on other screen entries
- Make the system update fields automatically
- Create SQL Queries using the Query Wizard or the Query Generator
- Use and manage predefined alerts and define your own
